Returns & Exchanges

At Fighting Eel, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition with all tags attached and verify that they were not purchased as 'Final Sale' items.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include the RA number inside the package, then ship it back to our Honolulu headquarters using your preferred tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
